Take exit 38, left at bottom of ramp, continue north past 5 traffic lights into center of town, bear right at center of town, go two blocks past Plymouth Glass, follow "Railroad Museum" signs and take ramp on right down to station. Parking is straight ahead, across the tracks.

From Rt 8 Southbound:
Take exit 40, bear right at bottom of the exit ramp, continue south into center of Thomaston, make a left at the first traffic light, go two blocks past Plymouth Glass, follow "Railroad Museum" signs and take ramp on right down to station. Parking is straight ahead, across the tracks.

From Plymouth, Terryville and Points East:
Take Rt. 6 west across bridge into center of Thomaston, bear to the right at the village green/gazebo, then make two left turns and go two blocks past Plymouth Glass, follow "Railroad Museum" signs and take ramp on right down to station. Parking is straight ahead, across the tracks.

From Rt. 84 Westbound:
Take Exit 20 and continue north on Rt. 8 for approximately 8 miles.  Take Exit 38 and follow the signs to Day Out with Thomas parking.

From Rt. 8 Northbound:
Take Exit 38 and follow the signs to Day Out with Thomas parking.

From Rt. 8 Southbound:
Take Exit 38 and follow the signs to Day Out with Thomas parking.

From Rt. 6 Westbound
(Terryville & Bristol):
Get on Rt. 8 southbound in Thomaston and continue for approximately 1 mile.  Take Exit 38 and follow the signs to Day Out with Thomas parking.
