Railfan day with Locomotive 2019

to benefit mount rainier scenic railroad

Sunday, June 29th, 2025, tickets on sale now

In an effort to help our friends at the Mount Rainier scenic railroad outside of Tacoma Washington we have put together a railfan day with Locomotive 2019. This event will raise funds for the Mount Rainier Scenic Railroad historic wooden bridge rehabilitation that was tragically lost due to an arson fire. We will split total gross revenue 50/50 with the non profit Mount Rainier Scenic Railroad.

This event gives you the opportunity to capture beautiful pictures of our vintage railroad equipment and the scenery along the Naugatuck Railroad. Participating in both the morning and afternoon events will allow you to cover the entire length of our track. This train will run rain or shine. Equipment and locations are subject to change as necessary.
